VR-1 Vinyl Ester Resin
Fybroc's® standard vinyl ester resin compound, VR-1, handles a vast majority of corrosive applications including most acids, caustics, bleaches, seawater, brine and other liquids.
VR -1 BPO/DMA Vinyl Ester Resin
Fybroc's® VR -1 BPO/DMA vinyl ester resin with BPO-DMA cure system is designed to accommodate applications for specific corrosion resistance to bleaches such as sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O 2 ).
VR-1A Vinyl Ester Resin
Fybroc's® VR-1A vinyl ester resin with abrasive resistant material is designed for pumping liquids with low concentration highly abrasive fines such as fly ash, diatomaceous earth or titanium dioxide.
VR1-V Vinyl Ester Resin
Fybroc's® VR-1V vinyl ester resin with synthetic veil-fiberglass protection is designed specifically for fluoric applications such as hydrofluoridic acid (HF) and fluosilicic acid (H 2 SiF 6 ).
EY-2 Epoxy Resin
Fybroc's® EY-2 epoxy resin offers outstanding chemical resistance for aggressive chemical/compounds, acids, and solvents. It is ideal for high concentration sulfuric acid (up to 98%).
FDA Approved Resins
The Dow DERAKANE series epoxy vinyl ester resin utilized by Fybroc®, when properly formulated and cured, will comply with the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended under regulation 21 CFR 177.2420. These resins may be used safely as articles or components of articles intended for repeated use in contact with food, subject to certain limitations described in the regulation.

SERIES 1600 SELF-PRIMING PUMPS
The Fybroc Series 1600 Self-Priming Pump combines an extensive knowledge of materials and production techniques to provide exceptional structural integrity and excellent corrosion-resistance in a high quality self-priming pump.
Each pump is engineered for quality and manufactured with fiberglass reinforced vinyl ester resin components for corrosion resistance to most acids, caustics, bleaches, seawater, and other liquids, making it ideally suited for waste sump applications, tank car unloading, and other demanding services. In addition, the pump’s flexible stuffing box design accepts a wide variety of shaft sealing configurations to suit the needs of specific applications, including both outside and double inside mechanical seals.

SERIES 6000 VERTICAL RECESSED IMPELLER SUMP PUMP
In heavy duty pumping applications that combine suspended solids and corrosive fluids, ordinary centrifugal pumps will not do. Fybroc pumps in fiberglass with a recessed impeller design overcome both problems: clogging and corrosion. Recessed impeller vortex action permits non-clog flow-through of solids with minimal impeller contact.

The Fybroc Series 8500 is the first corrosion resistant Vertical Turbine Pump with the casings and mixed flow impeller constructed from homogeneous Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) materials.
